Breville Countertop Convection Oven

I talked to my mom today. She is unpacking the the Texas palace. She told me today that she was going to be looking for a toaster oven. I use mine all the time, it makes sense when you are only cooking for two people. Or one, right now I am making my very own version of Ratatouille in mine right now waiting for the new premiere of Gossip Girl (it is a guilty pleasure of mine, and for the record I read the books before they made the TV show and it was a lot less slutty). ANYWAY back to the toaster oven, when mine breaks (which is inevitable from the noises the convection fan has been making lately).
