Fall Cards

My mother in law Mary got these great pop up cards and we wanted to try and make some.

One day when the leaves were especially beautiful I went an picked a whole bunch. I then pressed them between paper towels for two weeks.

I brought all the leaves to Mary's house and we attached them to the label side of some scrapbook paper.

We put some Mod Podge down, added the leaf and then covered in more Mod Podge.

It took them a whole day to dry so be prepared for that.

We even stuck them in the window under direct sunlight to help them dry faster.

We made some pop ups with some of the extra leaves that were used at our wedding.

The pop up process was kind of intense so only the card on the right is a pop up.
