Eat your Artichoke out...

Artichokes are on sale at the Sunflower market this week 10 for $10, I picked up four. Last night I made oven roasted artichokes my first ever you tube recipe.

The last one we cut in half an threw it on the grill alla the Cheesecake Factory, it gave it a really wonderful smoky flavor.
